**This role is located in Louisville, Kentucky, and is a hybrid role with three days in office and two remote.**

We are seeking a curious, tech-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to support our lead generation and customer marketing programs. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who has a solid background in digital marketing and wants to make a measurable impact by leading the transformation of the company’s digital marketing processes. Key Accountabilities:
1) Digital Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
- Execute and manage digital lead generation campaigns through paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, banner ads), SEO strategies, and social platforms.
- Collaborate with our external agency to ensure campaign performance is monitored and optimized, providing them with necessary inputs and outcomes to allow improvements based on data-driven decisions.
- Take ownership of the company’s YouTube presence, developing and optimizing content to support awareness and lead generation goals.
2) Marketing Automation & CRM Workflow Development
- Build and maintain lead processing workflows in Marketing Cloud to ensure timely and effective routing to Sales via Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to streamline workflows and processes that improve lead capture, nurture, and conversion.
- Create and update workflows as the business expands into new markets and sales channels.
3) Campaign Analytics & Optimization
- Set up campaign and lead reporting dashboards to measure effectiveness, including tracking leads through to closed business.
- Use data insights to continually refine campaigns, improve lead quality, and increase conversion rates.
- Work closely with Sales to gather feedback on lead quality and improve the handoff process between Marketing and Sales.
4) Customer Marketing & Retention Programs
- Use customer data to create and execute Marketing Cloud campaigns that drive reorders, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Partner with the Sales Operations team to develop automated reminders and marketing flows that make it easier for customers to reorder products.
- Work with account and contact data records in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, capturing relevant fields and segmenting the data effectively to target specific audiences. This role may also define new classification methods and support the business in clearly identifying and segmenting different stakeholders
5) Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication
- Work closely with internal creative and content teams to develop campaign assets; while the role is not content-heavy, some hands-on creation may be required.
- Help other marketing team members understand campaign results through clear reporting and shared dashboards.
- Support broader marketing initiatives as needed and bring a proactive, “figure-it-out” mindset to problem solving.
