They are seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to join the Events & Marketing department. This position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office each week.

As the Senior Director of Marketing, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of PLASTICS' marketing initiatives, driving membership growth, event attendance, industry influence, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies that align with organizational goals while fostering a high-performing, collaborative marketing team. This position reports to the Vice President of Events & Marketing and oversees two direct reports.
Qualified candidates offer:
- BA in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 7 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership and people management role
- Demonstrated experience with and understanding of trade and/or membership associations and their unique marketing needs
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
- Proven experience in effective budget management and financial planning
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and analytics tools
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing software
