- Cold/warm calling prospective clients
- Assisting customers with their order
- Assisting in marketing meetings to generate new ideas for sales
- Processing orders

Qualifications:
- MUST have at least 1-2+ years in sales and customer service
- Preferred experience in the promotional products industry (SAGE, ASI, PPAI)
- Programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, etc
- Bonus if familiar with SAGE 50 (formerly Peachtree)
- Proficiency in English. Bonus if familiar with Chinese
