JOB SUMMARYShatterproof is seeking a Digital and Email Production Manager to oversee and execute the daily maintenance of our website content across multiple platforms, and to build and deploy Shatterproof’s email campaigns to improve supporter engagement, advocacy, and revenue. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Online Giving, the Digital and Email Production Manager will implement content across multiple platforms, set up email campaigns, code responsive emails and landing pages, route drafts for necessary approvals, help define audience segments, and perform technical QA to ensure flawless execution.
