Avid Ratings is looking for a roll-up-your-sleeved entrepreneurial-minded growth marketer to drive a new tech-enabled product launch. The ideal candidate is obsessed with marketing at scale, is outcome-oriented, and has a demonstrated track record of creating step-change growth for B2C businesses. You’ll lead the pack in determining both the way we acquire customers and how we deliver value to them through our mobile application. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our customer acquisition while maintaining a strong ROI. You understand how to launch new markets and how brand and direct response spend play off each other and are hyper-analytical and obsessive about testing and learning. You are an excellent project manager who has the ability to roll with change and collaborate cross-functionally with those around you to get the deliverables you need to get your job done.
We are looking for someone who will:
Take a data-driven approach to decision-making but also possess a strong product-sense.
Understand how best to evolve our product to drive adoption, engagement, and monetization.
Know what makes people tick and how to influence user behavior and engagement, and build a strategy to support this reach.
Intimately understand the relationship between product and acquisition and how to drive both in tandem.
Work with teams cross-functionally (internally and externally) addressing opportunities to increase growth rates, including the establishment of a plan and timeline to implement solutions.
You have a deep understanding of the metrics that underpin the successful growth of a B2C business and know how best to measure them.
Efficiently launch and scale key growth channels and accelerate our velocity by finding innovative ways to drive customer acquisition.
Test, measure, and iterate by experimenting with organic and paid acquisition strategies and sharing learnings cross-functionally.
Grow our customer base and help drive revenue generation.
7+ years combined experience in a growth or marketing role
Mastery of B2C MarTech stacks (incl acquisition, conversion, CRM marketing, and automation)
Deep understanding of modern marketing techniques, persona-based marketing, performance marketing (CPC, CPL), cross and upsell strategies, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
Proven experience and success in scaling demand generation programs through technology, database management, and multi-channel processes.
Demonstrated success launching and managing cost-effective marketing campaigns and strategies with clear ROI-focused metrics
Proven track record of significantly scaling and demand generation strategy into a sophisticated full-scale B2C sales pipeline
Strong analytical capabilities with an understanding of KPIs
Proven ability to collaborate across departments
Strong sense of ownership and autonomy
Experience with a consumer mobile app
Experience driving growth for SaaS companies a plus
