The CareMetx Content Developer will join a small but mighty Marketing Team. Your responsibilities will include creating original SEO optimized content for our website, digital advertising, eBooks, white papers, blogs, and any other content that helps entice our clients and prospects to consume the information. In addition, we’ll rely on you to help develop sales collateral, scripts, and talking points that are consistent with key messaging provided in the content. The Content Developer must also create and adhere to the CareMetx brand voice.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have great communication, research, and interviewing skills. Ultimately, you become an expert in our products and services, Having a deep insights that enable nuanced writing that engages our clients and prospects. Must have keen editing skills to produce error free content.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales leaders, and customer success leaders brainstorming subjects for engaging content.
Create unique content that transforms complex topics into those anyone can understand, employing sound SEO techniques.
Evolve website content to match the evolving CareMetx products and services.
Edit and proofread new content before publication.
Manage the distribution of content through our various channels, including social media, sales collateral, and internal communication vehicles.
Working with the appropriate marketing counterpart (potentially an outsourced consultant) to optimize efficacy of content.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Three or more years of experience in one or more of the following fields: communications, content development or writing and editing.
Three or more years of proofreading experience.
At least one year of experience writing utilizing SEO techniques
At least one year of experience with writing for Saas company and or biotech company with preference for experience in specialty pharmacy.
Preferred but not required experience: creative agency with pharmaceutical clients, patient services, graphic design, or programming.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of content management software, including WordPress (required), Hubspot (strongly preferred), Photoshop (preferred), and Asana (preferred).
Strong working knowledge of HTML and SEO.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent proof-reading ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to produce quality copy on a tight schedule.
Telecommuting is allowed.
