We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our rock star marketing team. You will analyze marketing data to surface insights for the marketing team, design scalable processes to enable effective and efficient growth, and manage core marketing systems.
You will ensure our marketing department makes smart decisions based on data, not assumptions, and that our assumptions are properly tested. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, making recommendations, and ensuring appropriate adjustments are made to optimize the funnel for conversions.
About the Role:
Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
Create and maintain metrics and dashboards for operational and management reporting – including campaign effectiveness, business impact, and ROI.
Develop a vision for analytics architecture, various predictive models, and efficient workflows across marketing.
Proactively explore data to find trends, and make recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements
Help to manage technical aspects of key marketing systems.
Evaluate and implement new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
Monitor data quality within marketing technology products.
Work with Sales Operations to ensure alignment of Marketing and Sales data.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or another similar field of study.
3 or more years of experience operating in an enterprise software company
Highly proficient in marketing technologies (pluses for experience with Pardot and 6Sense or other ABM systems).
Ability to compile and analyze data for various data sets including, but not limited to: Salesforce.com, Pardot, Google Analytics
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and communications skills.
