The Global Marketing Campaign Manager’s primary objective is to ensure that FireMon’s strategic campaigns achieve their objectives to strengthen our brand, increase awareness, and drive revenue. You will work cross-functionally to deliver your campaigns.
About the Role:
Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize integrated multi-channel demand generation programs with a demonstrable impact on revenue, including but not limited to Online/Digital, Webinars, Virtual and In-Person Events/Tradeshows, Content Syndication.
Maintained an effective, multi-channel marketing calendar to ensure alignment and collaboration across Marketing disciplines.
Understand the sales funnel and have had a direct role in driving qualified opportunities.
Knowledge of the latest inbound/outbound B2B marketing techniques and online and offline marketing tactics.
An understanding of digital marketing is an advantage, particularly how to integrate into multi-channel campaigns.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of all campaigns to internal stakeholders for Field Marketing teams to execute campaigns in the territory.
Excellent analytical skills with experience measuring marketing attribution, continually optimize for conversions.
Experience managing external suppliers such as design agencies, media outlets for content syndication, and, occasionally, event organizers.
Quick learner, organized with attention to detail and strong analytical skills, and aptitude for creative thinking.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize own work, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Technology-savvy with a desire to learn about and leverage the latest tools, tricks, and techniques in lead-generating marketing activities, the candidate must have the desire and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and within a global environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another similar area of study.
> 3 years of experience managing marketing campaigns in an enterprise software company
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
