TCS Education System is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Marketing department.

The Digital Marketing Manager supports the marketing department’s strategic digital marketing initiatives. They will be responsible for bringing brand, product and consumer insights together with digital paid media to deliver on marketing goals. They will be responsible for leading paid digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the marketing team, including designers, marketing communications and cross-functional digital leads such as Digital Marketing Strategist(Content Optimization), Digital Strategy and Web Performance Manager (Web Performance and Accessibility) as well as vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

They will be responsible for collaborating with the marketing team in support of all TCS Education System’s affiliate partner colleges and universities. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage the Paid Media Specialist and the Digital Measurement and Insights Strategist.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMTED TO:

• Collaborate with cross-functional digital team to plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Lead, manage and mentor assigned team
• Other duties and project management as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Thorough understanding of branding principles and tactics throughout multiple forms of media.
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with the rest of the marketing department, organization and affiliate partners
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a team and independently
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytics skills
• Mentorship and leadership skills to support team development

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, or related concentration.
• Minimum 5+ years marketing experience with practical responsibilities across multiple marketing disciplines
• Experience leading and managing a team OR leading and managing extensive projects in a cross-functional environment
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Must have solid proficiency with MS Office software – particularly Excel and PowerPoint
