Your new role
Lead a team to Identify and explore new opportunities, create new campaigns to enhance the Bank's Business.
To plan, implement and monitor sales activities and marketing campaigns.
To build segmentation model to ensure that differentiated services and product offerings are provided according to segment needs.
To define the customer journey by analysing customer behaviour and needs.
Manage meetings with different stakeholders, to propose initiatives for acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrades, as well as increased customer loyalty and retention.
Develop marketing plan and promotional activities to maximise awareness of the bank.
Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing campaigns and brand building activities of the bank.
Ensure department goals and project milestones are met and adhering to approved budgets and timelines.
What you'll need to succeed
University degree in the related field.
Minimum 12+ years of working experience in the related field with 5+ years of experience in Team Managing.
Proven track record in Customer Segmentation, Marketing, Business Analytics, Campaign Management, Sales & Product Management.
Familiar with Consumer Banking Products.
Proficiency in both Written and Spoken Chinese and English is a must.
