Marketing and Communications Manager

The Marketing and Communications Manager for the Office of International Affairs (OIA) will serve as primary liaison between International Affairs Marketing and International Admissions. Their key responsibility will be to plan and implement integrated marketing strategies to grow international student enrollment.
In addition to being the primary liaison for International Admissions (a unit within the International Affairs Inbound Division), the Manager will also serve as a key contributor to strategic decision-making and planning for OIA’s entire Inbound unit. Along with International Admissions, this division includes International & Student Scholar Services, Global Programs, the Confucius Institute, International Student Affairs (ISA), the Office of Executive Leadership Education (OELE), and Overseas Liaison Offices (Greater China, South Korea, Taiwan and India).
International Affairs leads Temple University’s international initiatives promoting globalization as a key Temple mission. The Manager will help internal audiences (faculty, current students, staff and the greater community) integrate globalization into Temple perspectives, programs and student life; and increase the visibility of Temple for external audiences (prospective students, their parents and high school counselors, and for university partners worldwide). Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years or more of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated strong marketing strategy, project management, organizational and follow-up skills. Preferred: Master's degree |
