The candidates we seek will be familiar with and comfortable in addressing the challenges facing Catholic education today. Paramount to success in this position, candidates must be able to think strategically and implement operationally and possess excellent communication skills in both the written and spoken word.
The successful candidate will lead the development, communication, implementation, and assessment of a strategic enrollment plan to differentiate the school’s unique brand, while enhancing recruitment, retention, revenue generation, constituent relations, and identification of new and emerging markets, all consistent with the school’s strategic goals. They should also be adept at collecting, analyzing, and using data to make data-driven decisions. The successful candidate will manage the school’s annual financial aid budget and execute the deployment of the school’s financial aid resources, supervise the marketing, communications, and design team, and represent the school at various regional, state, and national associations.
A bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university is required. A master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of five years of related experience in the essential functions of the role is required. Independent school enrollment and admission or marketing experience is preferred.
