Hadley Institute for the Blind and Visually Impaired, an innovative and inclusive not-for-profit organization, is looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to create and execute plans that drive targeted web traffic to Hadley’s website and social platforms. This position supports both program services and fundraising departments. We offer a competitive benefits package and are located one block from the Metra station.
Develop and execute digital marketing plans including email, social media, search and display advertising, managing content calendar, blog curation and CRM integration
Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance accordingly
Implement best practices as it pertains to SEO/SEM
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
3+ years’ experience in digital marketing
Solid knowledge of Email Marketing, Google Analytics, Search, Organic and Paid Social
Experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Strong analytical skills
Proven skill in writing for the web
Experience with Baby Boomer target audience is preferred
