Project lead for external marketing efforts that promote services, physicians, and programs of Lakeland and its affiliates.
Serves as advisor to service lines and medical practices.
Exercises independent judgment and creativity in bringing ideas to fruition and tracked outcomes of success.
Generate and manage content for Lakeland social media channels as appropriate (YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter).
Coordinate social media membership.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business or related field of study.
Five or more years of experience in marketing and communications field.
Health care marketing & communications experience preferred
Basic computer, data entry, typing, filing and organization skills required.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt to a variety of working styles, work on deadline, and to communicate effectively both verbally with other departments/individuals.
Highly developed written skills, self-motivation, and project management.
