This boutique investment management firm is bolstering their marketing department with the addition of a Marketing Executive with solid technical/digital skills and an understanding of Investment Management marketing.
You will support the marketing activities of the business through all elements of the marketing mix. The role will report into the Head of Sales and Marketing initially, but will also work closely with the Marketing team on distribution of content and with the Retail and Institutional Sales Teams with client communication. Much of the role will be focused on taking ownership of the creation and delivery of the final output through the agreed channels. Much of this role will require a very strong technical and digital mind set and skills base.
Responsible for updates to and day to day management of the company website.
Creation and management of all client PowerPoint presentations, including the monthly fund PowerPoint packs.
Responsible for the production and distribution of client emails with direction.
Day to day support and updates to the company social media channels. Responsible for agreeing KPIs on digital, email and social with the Head of Sales and Marketing and reporting on the success.
Creation and management of user guides for the core technology tools; CMS, Dotmailer and social media
Responsible for the production of monthly factsheets and upload and distribution of those to clients.
Responsible for the management of up to date core marketing collateral and resources, including documents, brochures, logos and photos Responsible for the print management relationship.
Responsible for the management of stock of brochures and printed material.
Responsible for the management of promotional items and supply of those for the sales team
Provide support as required to the Sales and marketing team to best support the distribution team's efforts including ad hoc tasks and projects.
