The Curry School Foundation seeks highly motivated and creative applicants for their Director of Marketing and Communications. The incumbent oversees the development and communication of the Curry Foundation's identity and key message sets. The incumbent is responsible for Foundation communications and marketing operations and activities along with the production of all marketing and communications materials and messages. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring that all external foundation communications are clear, strategically targeted, synergistic, of high-quality, and cost-effective in conception.

A Master's degree in English, communications or a related field is required, as is at least five years of experience in marketing and communications. A Bachelor's degree and significant professional experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree. Working knowledge of the various marketing channels including print, online, electronic, email, and social media is required. Expertise in strategic planning, program implementation, fiscal planning and accountability are required. Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Finally, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Outlook) is required.

Required Minimum Level of Education: *Degree or Equivalent Experience Required
Required Specific Degree/Training: Master's degree in English, communications or a related field. A Bachelor's degree and significant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree.
Required Minimum Level of Experience: Considerable - 4 to 7 years
Required Specific Experience: At least five years of experience in Capital Campaign strategic planning as well as marketing and communications internal and collateral strategic planning. Experience in using and managing media relations, market research, advertising, promotions and creative services is also required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: This position requires a professional whose background is characterized by achievement, initiative, success and a management style that promotes success in others. A thorough understanding of market principles with expertise in strategic planning, program implementation and fiscal planning is also required.
