Job Title: Regional Senior Living Counselor/Sales and Marketing
Heritage Communities, a leading provider of independent living, assisted living and memory care, is seeking an experienced Senior Living Sales and Marketing Representative for our new Regional position in Arizona and western Nebraska.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to further their career in the Senior Living Sales and Marketing industry. We are looking for someone who has taken their own Community straight to the top, knows how important it is to keep things simple and will never forget that our Residents are always FIRST!
The main focus of this position will be outside sales. To increase and maintain a high level of inquiry activity and continue to generate and promote the positive reputation of all Heritage and Orchard Pointe communities and referral sources.
This person will be based at our home office in Omaha, Nebraska. Also this position will have 75% travel-most day trips but might be averaging 6 days a month in Arizona. You will also work as a leader and mentor for local Senior Living Counselors through site visits, shadowing, reviewing reports and helping to develop sales initiatives for each community.
Acquire new qualified referral sources, establish and maintain successful working relationships for all Orchard Pointe Surprise, Glendale and Terraza and Heritage Communities in Columbus, Hasting, and Gand Island communities.
Attend and create networking events and trade shows representing all Orchard Pointe and Heritage Communities.
Strengthen relationships with existing referral sources through visits and routine correspondence, for all Orchard Pointe and Heritage communities.
Mentor and coach Senior Living Counselors in all Orchard Pointe communities.
Proven experience as an accomplished sales strategist. Excellent track record of exceeding revenue and occupancy expectations Proven track record of recruiting, developing and leading a successful sales team Two years of relevant experience with a minimum of one year of experience in a senior level sales and marketing role Ability to work independently; self-motivated and goal-directed Must practice and promote Heritage Communities core values Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle for transportation.
